Our Commitment

At Vibeoraa, we strive to conduct business with honesty, transparency, and fairness, following the values taught by Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If there is any genuine issue with your order, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order if:

  • The item received is damaged.
  • The item received is defective.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product significantly differs from what was advertised.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or washed clothing.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer misuse.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Clearance or final sale items (if clearly marked as such).

Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange for:

  • Size issues (subject to stock availability).
  • Defective products.
  • Incorrect items received.

Customers should contact us within 7 days of receiving their order.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued when:

  • The returned product passes inspection.
  • The item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds may be processed through:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Mobile Wallet
  • Store Credit

Processing time may take 5–10 business days after approval.

Return Shipping

  • If the mistake is from Vibeoraa (wrong item, damaged item, defective item), return shipping costs will be covered by us.
  • If the return is requested for personal reasons such as size preference or change of mind, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the standard return process.
